Le Château de Chamirey Mercurey blanc Premier Cru "La Mission" 2008 could be tasted right away or cellared for 3 to 8 years.
Grapes are collected manually then pressed in a pneumatic press. Alcoholic fermentation is made in oak barrels and 30% of used oak barrels are brand new. Stirring of the lees is made once a week. Malolactic fermentation is fully completed. Wine is bottled in traditional Burgundy bottles. Each cork is branded with the Wine estate and vintage year.
