It can be served from now at 12-14° C or kept in cellar between 3 and 8 years.
Grapes are harvested by hand then pressed in a pneumatic press. Alcoholic fermentation and maturing are 100 % made in oak barrels with 30 % of new barrels. Stirring of the lees is made once a week. Malolactic fermentation is 100 % realized. Wine is bottled in Bourgogne Traditional bottles.
This wine has a beautiful gold colour. This complex and powerful wine develops fresh butter and white flowers aromas. Mouth is long and opulent with a good aromatic persistence
This wine will perfectly go with noble shellfishes (crab, lobster), white meats and will do a perfect aperitif wine.
